We are in the business end of the Delhi Premier League T20. Table toppers East Delhi Riders will take on the North Delhi Strikers in the 1st semifinal. Both teams had their previous game washed out by rain and shall hope for better weather in their big to reach the final. Both camps have good players, which will make the game interesting.   

The East Delhi Riders have done well this season. They have lost only one game this year and have been the most consistent team with a strong batting lineup that has destroyed bowling attacks. The North Delhi Strikers lost to the Riders earlier, and it will be interesting to see if they can overcome the challenge.

North Delhi Strikers Preview

Vaibhav Kandpal's side finished fourth on the points table and made it to the semifinal. The team has struggled with its consistency this season and faces a big challenge against the table toppers. They lost against them earlier in the season, and Kandpal would like to see a strong show from his key players.  

Vaibhav Kandpal and Sarthak Ranjan have done well with the bat at the top. The team expects a good start from them. Yash Dabas, Vaibhav Rawal, and Yajas Sharma must do well in the middle order as they face a strong bowling attack. The team will also expect a good show from Yash Bhatia and Pranav Rajvanshi in the lower middle order.  

Manan Bhardwaj and Aman Bharti must pick early wickets to put the team in a commanding position. The middle overs have been a problem area for the team, and they need good spells from Siddhant Sharma and Siddhartha Solanki. Suyash Sharma must use his experience in the ing role and do well with Yatharth Singh and Vaibhav Kandpal.

Himmat Singh's team shared the points with the South Delhi Superstarz after rain prevented play. The team has had consecutive washouts, and Singh would have liked to take the field before the semifinal. Nonetheless, Singh would be confident heading into the game as the team has done well.  

The team expects a good start in the game from Sujal Singh and Anuj Rawat. Himmat Singh has enjoyed good form, and the team will expect him to build partnerships in the middle order with Hardik Sharma and Mayank Rawat. Pranav Pant, Harsh Tyagi, and Simarjeet Singh must do well in the final overs.  

They need early strikes from Simarjeet Singh and Bhagwan Singh on the bowling front, as the Strikers have good hitters at the top. Mayank Rawat and Himanshu Chauhan will look to control the scoring rate in the middle overs. Harsh Tyagi and Rounak Waghela have to do well in the ing role.
