Gulbarga Mystics Preview

Devdutt Padikkal's team defeated the Mangalore Dragons in the last game by 5 wickets. In a game where the team suffered a batting collapse, the lower middle order snatched a win from the jaws of defeat. Padikkal would like to get a good show out of his players and improve their prospects of reaching the semifinal.  

Devdutt Padikkal and Luvnith Sisodia form a strong opening pair and shall look to deliver a good start. Smaran R played a match-winning knock in the last game, and he will look to add runs with Aneesh KV and Wahid Faizan Khan in the middle order. The side will also expect a good finish from Praveen Dubey and Yashovardhan Parantap.  

The side will expect a tighter show from the bowlers. Monish Reddy and Ritesh Bhatkal must get early breakthroughs to put the side in a strong position. They had lost to the Gulbarga Mystics earlier in the tournament and shall look to avenge that loss and seal a berth for themselves in the next round.  

The side will expect a positive start in this game from SU Karthik and Codanda Ajit Karthik. Nair played a captain's knock in the last game, and he must add runs in the middle order with Harshil Dharmani and Kishan Bedare in the middle order. The team will also expect good performances from Sumit Kumar, Manoj Bhandage, and Jagadeesha Suchith in this game.
