Sibonelo Makhanya's side will begin its campaign in this game. They are one of the strongest sides in the tournament and shall eye a win in their first game. It won’t be easy against Boland as the side is in good form. Makhanya would like experienced players in the squad to do well in this game.  

The side will look for a good start in this game from Donovan Ferreira and Neil Brand. Dewald Brevis is the most experienced batsman in the side and must do well in the middle with Sibonelo Makhanya and Dean Elgar. The team will also need quick runs from its finishers, Corbin Bosch and Joshua van Heerden.  

The side has a strong bowling attack and will need early wickets from Lizzad Williams and Gerald Coetzee to take on Boland's strong top order. They have a strong batting line-up and Pieter Malan would like to play to his strength in this game. They are up against a strong side and have to play well.   

Janneman Malan and Clyde Fortuin started well in the last game and the side shall want a big partnership. The middle order is strong for the team, and they would like to see runs from Keegan Petersen, Pieter Malan, and Michael Copeland. Christiaan Jonker and Aviwe Mgijima are good hitters and strengthen the lower middle order.
